Latitude Vs Wind Speed

Referring to Wind Speed variable, the data does not show any correlation between Wind Speed (mph) and the latitude of the city. We can also infer that according to the Latitude vs Wind Speed scatter plot, we can see that the greatest outliers of windspeed belong to the northern hemisphere, but there is no correlation with the latitude.
